Lately I’m administering quite a few blogs to promote my own website, I decided I should only work on wordpress based blogs, its a fact that wordpress is wonderful for automated posting, managing and much more, together with Open Source License make the WordPress the most popular weblog platform on the Internet.
After a while I believed that build my own blogs will be more beneficial, because subsequently I can use my own blogs to promote my other websites, of course this is not a new idea, all kinds of blog networks are out there for the exact purpose, anyway those are other people’s asset and I have no control, and I have no way to post to those blogs, probably I will have to pay quite dearly to have my sites promoted.
Its quite difficult to manage more than a few blogs manually, if you don’t like garbage on your blogs, to put real content on your site won’t be an easy job, its never easy to build successful blogs. There are some interesting examples, let’s examine this one, Dog Training, it’s name is pretty cute, and it has a lot of interesting posts, since this is not a themed blog, you’ll find all kinds of different posts there. One more example, Dog Cloth, this is a themed blog, all posts are following the same theme, quite a few keywords rank well for this site. I can show you a lot more sites, but you should already see the point. One more important point, in your little net you should have some loose blogs, put some random content on those blogs occasionally, take one blog as example, Truck Tie Down Devices, doing this right you will have a natural blogging networks.
When you already have a few interesting blogs, probably you can add a few more blogs to your arsenal, then use the established blogs to promote the new ones, this is the way to build your own blogging network. This is just an idea, to build a successful network will be much more complicated, do remember don’t do any black hat tricks for your sites, if you get dropped off there is no come back.
