Get up and out of your chair. You should spend at least a half an hour exercising every day. You should include aerobic exercise into this time. An added benefit of exercise are stress fighting endorphins that help to improve your mood. The positive benefits are endless with exercise. Therefore, start moving by turning off the television and putting down that bag of chips.
You do not have to live with love handles if you do not want to. Losing the extra weight you are carrying around does not have to be impossible. Your excess body fat can be lost, but only if you are consistent about practicing healthier habits in your daily life. After a while, you’ll be able to fit comfortably into your clothes!
